We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from ARCTIC FINCH. You can return all items within 7-10 days of receipt for a refund of the items purchased. All queries related to Shipping & Returns would be addressed via the returns/exchanges tab on the website.
1. Return Window We offer a 7-10 day return policy. This means you have 7-10 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. If 7-10 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must have all original tags attached.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. (Optional: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label / You will be responsible for your own shipping costs).
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, if you need a different size or color, please mention it when you contact our support team.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5 to 7] business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
